You may already know (from here) that I go running 3-4 times per week in the local stadium. The story is like: When I was at school I didn't have time to go to the gym and didn't even think that I would go running on my own. Afterwards, in university, I started attending some classes like aerobics and pilates. I loved the feeling of trying everytime to get better and see the results. When I moved to Norway for erasmus program, I almost go to the gym every day for 2-3 hrs. They were so good organised and gym was part of everyday life. You could enjoy sauna and have an amazing range of programs to attend. Nowadays, that I am back to my hometown, away from university and without a job until now, I said "ok, I have to start working out again in an affortable way", so I thought that running may be the most suitable for me. I have always admired people that go run for a long time. To be honest I think that it was quite hard in the begining but then everytime was better. I am going to the stadium for an hour or more, running for half hour and then walking. Also good company is the best, go run with you friends or boyfriend and you will love running outside.
